Refund policy

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, or if the item is not performing to your expectations, return your item within 30 days to be refunded, minus our shipping and restocking fee:

30-Day Return Policy

For customers in the Mainland US and Canada, a flat shipping return cost will be deducted from your refund, plus restocking fee (USD):

TDD3500: $100 Return Shipping Fee + $100 Restocking Fee

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as you received it, in its original packaging, and you'll need to provide a proof of purchase receipt. Contact us to start a return. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label and instructions. Items sent back without a return request will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receiving it and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
We are unable to process returns for customized or modified items. Additionally, returns are not accepted for sale items or gift cards.

Refunds
We will notify you once we receive and inspect your return. Once approved, you’ll be automatically refunded onto your original payment method. Please remember that it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
